Sorry, but one of the longest & best conversations I ever had with a family member so very different from me and hard to find common ground with, was over strategy for board, xbox and other platform provided Monopoly games – -thoroughly enjoyed the hour of “well, this platform let’s you do this, but think that’s a bad way to go, cuz statistically…..” LOL – Plus, My Dad and I loved Monopoly – My Mom hated it – but she played Monopoly with me when I was bed-ridden and recovering from illness – just cuz she loved me – lots of fond memories and thank you for the reminder of the Love I’ve received!
Wow, I didn’t know things go that deep. I got to keep reminding myself that what I write and post are relatable to others, as it is therapeutic to myself and my experiences. I am happy to hear so. And I hope all is well with you now and are in a good space. 🙂 🙂 🙂
Oh, Jixi – We never ever know what lives we touch through being ourselves – 🙂 My Motto? I try to let someone know when they made a difference, for me, and tell them so, instead of waiting and hoping I make it to their funeral and say it too late – 🙂 But that’s just me – thanks for being kind with my take on life…:)
