PAIN

When you realize it hurts,
But you don’t want it to,
Try to forget,
Still feeling it every step,
You eyes wet,
Tears you that can’t be let go,
Just hovers in the ducts,
Wanting to explode,
You feel it,
But don’t share it,
It’s yours,
Not anyone’s,
To mock you with,
You wish you could give,
But still,
You don’t,
This pain is hard to hold,
But still you hold on to it longer,
Hoping for someone to come,
And help you let go.
