🤦♂️🤕: Have you ever had someone that kept you waiting? Or did you had someone waiting as they were trying to rush your decision making?
Some things in life need a pause.
Nope… I’m pretty vocal if I need time or to take a pause or let someone know I probably cannot answer, tend to, or meet whatever the need is at that time.
I know how important it is to communicate effectively with people from the experience of not having that done to me for many years.

Now has someone ever kept me waiting?! Yes! A few people. Two of them I no longer speak to. The other, it’s kind of hard to let that person go. Life is often riddled with instances that may interfere with how some people navigate life.
I don’t know how I wasn’t getting your posts anymore. I was unsubscribed. 🤔🤔🤔

P.A.U.S.E is a therapeutic model we use with clients, and it’s something I practice myself. As someone who tends to act on what I feel, pausing is practical, because once words are spoken, they can’t be taken back and some actions can’t be undone. Pausing is a sign of maturity. 🛑🚦✋️
