Many thanks and blissful pleasures, For every endeavor, we seek out, You always there, Feeling so heavenly, As you grace us with your presence, Every step you take, So delicate, Your voice gives off such sweet sounds, I can see now, Why you wear the crown, You make it here, Always on time, Every moment is magical, Being who you are, Simply by stopping time.
Where to go from here, This path leads to many locations, I need a light to help me, A bright one, Through this saturation, I just have wishes to guide me, And a little bit of luck, I hope no one blows out my candle but me, So I won’t end up stuck.
This poem is just a feeling of guidance and trying to find the right path. We sometimes have these hopes and wishes of good things happening and fear someone coming in and ruining it. You just trying to cut through the fat and the overcrowding of places and be you at the end of everything holding your candle shining bright.
Thanks for tuning into this series, “Peeping Through The Window” where we are looking outside at ourselves from the inside. We are through the motions of disbelief, frantic, and confusion. It is at certain moments we see relief and acceptance and figure out what’s our next play. What will be the next move to do after seeing what has been going on.
Have you ever just stopped, To smell the flavors in the air, Or quiver your ear, Or stare into the abyss, Of the mist of drippy tears, Trying to wonder why, We lie, Tying tales together, Fearing leakage, The damage that can’t be recalled, Feeling their tiny feet, A new life, Little heartbeat, Something old reborn? What’s was your last important thought?
Drowning in sorrow, Merlot fills my cup, Warmth on my skin, Blanket wraps my soul, I will try something, But how though? I have doubts, Low counts of confidence, But the recipe seems highly rich, Quickly I take a sip, Liquid courage hits my taste buds, Then falls to my stomach, And within my pits, Something started bubbling. But what is this feeling? I glitched, Words appeared, Notes I have been living in life, I thought no one cared, Displayed on the page, Written notes falling from side to side, Like flakes, Wait, I don’t understand this, But I feel committed to continue, I took a few tilts to my cup, Whoa, A story busting out, I can’t handle myself, I don’t know what is right, But my words I definitely coming from the left, As they flow right, I might have hope, This moment I won’t fight…
