What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?

The best way to deal with negative thoughts is to understand you’re having negative thoughts. Awareness and acceptance is key. Once you know fully what it is, you can choose how to handle it. For me it’s find ways to recenter one self. The next is discover and unlock positivity in situations.

Lastly, reshaping your inner beliefs based on what you find important to express yourself how do I want to feel. Also to ask can I get there now or later.
