I have been experimenting with ideas and just wanted some fresh perspectives. Reading others blog is a good way to spark a new atmosphere and praise them also with a comment or two, or three, to appreciate them posting and sharing.
In writing this, I had an old idea I wanted to test. So here goes it. I am going to apply that to my blog. Poof.
Speaking aloud is a great tool, to brainstorm, hold yourself accountable, and also in directly or directly ask for help or feedback.
QUESTION
What books you reading these days? I need book options.
Oh man, this is the fun topic of the day yes. So I didn’t like many books growing up. I was big on kung fu, wrestling and comedic. That was my life. I read books in school of course and a few at home. Now when I think childhood, I am thinking 5th grade and lower, so here goes.
My favorite book from childhood has to be “Green Eggs and Ham” by Dr. Seuss. I loved the crazy adventures for the questions and the repetitive nature of the entire book. It was very clever writing to me. I was like who comes up with this. It felt like things I would ask or come up with.
It’s so playful and fun, just like my character in real life. I am the Sam character. I so see myself bothering some grumpy person trying to cheer them up.
I was so exciting about this book, I bought the entire Dr Seuss collection. I was just happy for the series. I may not after having all, enjoyed all the Dr. Seuss books, but the book that help start the love for playful writing was this book.
What are your thoughts?

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I have an awareness for change. I love to be in the moment. You have to take it easy. When I see things moving fast past my speed, I try to dial it down.
Music is my unplug gateway or a cool movie when I am at home. If I feel tense or too much things is required from me from others, the pressure bills up, I just stop and close all things. Phone, laptop, books, are all closed and I start over. It’s like a hard reset. So I can process things one by one. I would start to build back to a level of manageable.
I have been looking on all my new emails and WordPress has so much coming through. The site has so much options to customize your website and blog. I use to play with all the features, and expand my website. I should be trying some things out this month.
It’s important to take time out for you. Sometimes you have to make that call to cancel plans and go outside. Today was one of those days. So I am sharing my happiness through words. I needed that today.
Hi friends and cool peeps of the blog. Was going to add a photography post in for today, then realized I had 2500 posts on my site? Like wow, I have been writing quite a long time. Not to mention I have 4 other blogs separate from my site. It don’t seem too too crazy, but I remember nights and a few years of grinding, writing, networking, and just pushing my content. Definitely can’t forget those days.
I would like to say this is a surprising milestone of some sort. Goes to show to not give up and something you love.
Either way, as this will be 2,501 posts on my site, I am still excited to say there is more to come. Currently I have been working on a music album, which takes me away for a few days each week, so summer time shall be more free time for me.
I am absolutely scheduled fun in my next few months. Just following the path, and also a few items I am adding to my online store is on it’s way. I am thankful to still be writing and have peers in the space. Still grateful for people in the world to still be writing and creating to add more value back into the community and more.
Cheers to 2,501 posts. I guess it until I delete some, then it won’t be up there, but ehhhh, I don’t think I have any posts I would want to delete either way.
Be safe and have a cool weekend.
