Today was a lovely day, a bit of rest and workout. Even though I went to workout late, it’s still counts. Today I got to reunited with a friend I haven’t seen in over 5 years. It’s crazy how this much time has passed. Life definitely has changed for both of us.
Our bond was so tight that it was even hard to order our food, as we were so deep in our conversation to catch up. So much the waitress who was trying to serve us had to come back 3 times.
I can definitely say it felts more like connecting with a family member how it was a great moment.
I am so happy to had experienced this movement. It was a great ending to August.
I think I need to share more stories and moments in my life on the weekends. I don’t think it should be all passion, creativity, it can also be people. I need to connect more back with people.

With a prayer and good conversation, knowing everything is real. Everything about the night and good essence is what you feel. A humble thought, and kindness running through and through. Loving yourself, and happiness is what you need to do for you.
Just a note to self to remember the small and soft things. As the world finds themselves in miserable days, but you under the shade from the hot sun, be thankful.
