We have so much to lose,
Life itself,
So be careful on what you choose,
For investing in yourself,
Is protection,
Going into everyday,
Protecting you,
And once you are secure,
Keeping on doing you,
And help others to protect themselves too.

Go on vacations,
Go to the spa,
Go on walks,
Go out to talk,
Listen to soothing sounds,
Be solid like a rock,
Hold things down,
Care, Affection and the Small Pretty things,
Helps everyday to be worth living.
