Is a little chaos actually good for us?

Chaos is wild to ask for, but I feel it’s inescapable. One day it will, you may not be ready, but how you act in the moment is telling. I have been through my fair share of chaos, and I felt it built me to be a better person, and professional as some of the chaos happened at work.

So I can say a dose of it is good to the right person or as a lesson if you learn and grow from it. The only time it’s not good, when things are more tragic than a chaos that can be fixed, I am just saying.

What do you do to improve your sleep?

Rest is vital to a long life. We are awake a lot, and we need to recharge. Of course our bodies are still at work while sleeping but it’s needed.

I am not a doctor but to improve your sleep my key tips are this, find what comforts you. Surround yourself with that. I believe a good pillow and pillowcase like a breathable silk one does it for me. Know the pressure you need on your body in the terms of mattress. Those are really the physical I recommend.

For the mental and psychological, stress and a bad mindset are the enemy. Going to bed mad or angered is not ideal. Learn to let go, also be able to have good positive thoughts on what tomorrow can be, and with that add gratitude into day.

Lastly, knowing the value of rest is the most. Why the body needs it, will give you a drive to ensure you best use it to help your body.

Bonus, aromatherapy is way to improve. Having a happy home and bills paid. And you can probably guess the absolute last one, some good good good, enough said. 🙂

the elements within

i got so use to running away
tired but i still did
i wanted to cry
but i held the tears within
trying to be better
daily
struggled so much
just to not be unhappy
i had to love the process
each moment was a reflection
every failure was a injection
a fuel
to not experience that pain
gain
so a created elements everyday
to be sane
to never complain
until i achieved

and nervous
to reach out to you
feeling anxious
tripping over my thoughts
over thinking every angle
feeling like i failed
without trying
i wanted to tell you
you mean so much to me
i don’t have words
so i never used them

count them on one hand
start over and count again
people leaving and crashing out
dang who used the eraser
get to them hard not soft
no chaser
i show up and go
as they call out
you know
who was there for the practice
if got a real friend in life
tag this
tag them
that’s your man’s
that’s your girlfriend
not many day ones
ready for the long walk
they about that action
not all talk
pencil them in
better yet
use a pen

in every direction
most surpass
our own comprehension
we were injected
with fear
and likes
hardly
shaken
but stirred
we all on a quest
for more
not for less
all choices
dictates a path
all things are not good
but we just want to
choose the lesser evil

i cried openly
tears felt
wet moments
though i excelled
in the moment
i was lost in myself
falling that standing
nothing i had
was upheld
picking up pieces
teardrops in streams
believing in self
is the only thing
that hold me afloat
and also faith
i promise to not fall
for more mistakes
i need to stay lifted
