i got so many designer lines
it’s a crime
how i cut bacon fat
off the backs of pigs
greedy
they subtracting funds
from the needy

Battling My Demons, But…
I am back from the drought,
I swore I never left,
Defeating all my demons,
Securely I heaven sent.

When I walk in,
People want to,
Start talking,
As my aura,
Sticks on their skin,
Like a mosquito,
They have to recognize,
Like a peacock,
In your garden,
Putting on a scene.

Just Beginning
Never started to pass all,
But I was able to have a ball,
Then hop to the mall,
Make a few calls,
I know sometimes I be tripping,
But I never dear to fall.

Through Too Many Hoops
Could it be another game,
Time passes so quickly,
And doesn’t feel the same,
Always fighting to catch up,
It takes time to train,
Want to give up at times,
But I keep picking up the reigns.

Forgotten
Life has ways to teach us lessons, how to feel wanted, needed and seen. It also made you feel forgotten and lost. Feeling left behind is heart breaking, so how do we choose to express our feelings.

Left with a note and the door closed,
I had a pen and some thoughts so I wrote,
I scribbled over the lines written that said wait for me,
And wrote my true feeling, you left you should have stayed with me.
