REPORT TO DETENTION

A Funny South Park

Seated in this room is me and you,
I caught you in the hallway being rude,
So sit down and shut the hell up and no funny stuff,
Unless you want to repeat detention everyday being tough,

Now that we are here together listen up for a few,
I will school you on the game of life and what to do,
I ain’t saying to play it safe all the times, just don’t be dumb,
Just do you time in school, learn a thing or two and have fun.

No Tears To Let Go

Not saying I will never cry again,
But for right now I have no tears to dispense,
The cost is too high to let them fly,
I save every drop as if I were a hoarder,
I believe in the reality of being fearless,
I can count all my worries with just my pinky,
I am a fixer, so if any exist, they will be diminished,
I shelter the weak and build buildings around them,
I climb mountains and send the rope down,
Quietly I strike whether day or night,
I fight to fly, no tears in sight.

I could hardly speak in waves about the pain,
Dazed throughout the day no radio plays,
I won’t cave until my words are heard,
I curve the likes, no one looks inside to peep my verbs,
Noun I let go, I blow smoke and cave in until it’s time to blow,
Back and forth with my metaphors, closed doors I kick wide open,
Gentle and soft-spoken, I write these words, poetry to digest,
Leaves me obsessed with looking at my stats, just likes, no clicks,
I guess I don’t exist in the world for feedback I lean back,
And take a look outside the box, powerful words within simplicity,
All this poetry, this pain, this misery,
Won’t sail ship, it’s life, it lives within me, no escape, just misery.

I told her no, I am breaking good,
I use to be out all night, living life bad,
Drinking and smoking in the hood,

But now  I am home for dinner,
The stash in the basement, I flushed it,
I was balling all the time, the crazy life,
I am investing now and balling on a budget.

So cute, so adorable,
I love you, but you pooped on the floor,
Through the door you go,

You kiss me, we make up,
You do silly things to make me laugh, silly pup,
You are a part of my life, my counterpart,

I see you laughing but I only see tears,
Don’t this seem awkward, or a tad bit weird,
That you judge me on my style and all my beliefs,
But in a while I will pop my top and then we got beef,

I am relief at it all, I have grown quite tall and fond,
I found love and a passion in life in which I now have a bond,
So when you see me in the streets, tv or just out to play,
I hope you ready for what I got because you see it all, and I got nothing to say.

I poke fun at kids, rude as they is,
They need some schooling, that’s why they gon get this work,
I burst their bubble, I keeps it real,
I am building an army of soldiers in the world we do battle,

I flip words, scrabble, I stalk girls, hassle,
I live a life I ain’t to happy about, but I still get through,
I give these clues of ways I degrade myself, shameless,
Bullets of hate come my way, but I duck them like the matrix.
