calm down, it is not that serious
somedays i pray
other days i play
but i really want to say
i like you
but
calm down, it is not that serious

more than average
excellence is established
taking on more than one can manage
just to make it cool to be too hot

baking in the sun
roasted
talk to a person online
got ghosted
i thought all my chances
got ruined

invest in you
how many times
they tried to change you mind

maybe you shouldn’t
waiting on someone so long
so forget your dreams that you want
now people tell you you are wrong
when you put yourself first
so now you taunt
what are they on
as you are moving on
maybe you shouldn’t wait forever

only for you
only for you
i don’t
give up hope
only for you
i won’t
leave you
without
only for you
i stay
and protect

found
can’t run away
wish i could hide
until you found me out
now i show what’s inside
