exposing flaws
we never seen here
wanting to change
is ever so clear

life’s bulletpoints
quickly we forget
how life and time works
one day we are shining
the next day we are declining

old rags
old rags on
ready for a change
new rags on
i don’t feel the same

on the table
you took me places
we shared moments plenty
you filled me up
when i was empty
but things changed
it seems i became heavy
so if you going to leave
then leave
just
leave it there
on the table
my heart

a taste for
i use to wait to taste
the fruitful desires
now i acquire
luxuries that
turn my soul on fire
like calming breeze blowing
like food that has your tongue
goosebumps growing
when that feeling
takes you
you can only let go
ride the wave
go with the flow
the silent nights
the earthly aroma
lucious memories
repeating and never over

one hell of a difference
shortly i escaped the path
never written for me
i move mountains
that was set before me
the struggle ended
but it’s not to end of my story
i am living the life
i created for me
one hell of a difference

slow down
breathe in and out
use your senses
feel the now
not the past tense
embrace here
and there when time allows
jixi fox 🦊
catch me
catch me
when i am falling
receive me
when i am calling
i am present
as a present
for you

casually late
you know what time it is
but i don’t
showing up on time
i won’t
for i am who they came to see
people show up early to wait on me
as i walk in
i see the envy in their eyes
once in a while
i show up extra late
in style
i don’t even care
