We forget to say a lot,
These are what we truly NEEDED to say at key moments in our lives.

I am hurt.

I feel alone.

I love you.

I cannot help you through this.

I am in pain.

I can’t do this by myself.

I need therapy.

I am embarrassed by:

I need you.

You hurt me.

I don’t feel loved.

I feel no one cares about me.

I have to leave you to save me…

I only list a few, but there are many more… Be an ally and help others be their truth selves and speak up.
