The Time You Were Mine
The whole time you were mine,
I knew everything,
If I didn’t,
I tried,
Opened my eyes,
To the life we created,
Nothing about us was unkind,
Just two peas to pod,
Partners in crime.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to create a mini-series to celebrate National Poetry Writing Month. I figure this will be a unique addition to my writing style, making it a little more pop and lighthearted.
