Piece of Cake
Tempting and so close,
All my taste buds arose.
I am looking for a dose,
So my desired can be exposed,
So if it’s just one bite,
It’s not enough,
But if I had too many bites,
I will be overly stuffed.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to create a mini-series to celebrate National Poetry Writing Month. I figure this will be a unique addition to my writing style, making it a little more pop and lighthearted.
