As a leader you wear many hats. You should feel comfortable or wanting to fill these hats. There are so many ways to swing the title leader. I have 5 traits a leader should have. Reminder, they are not all but core value they should have.
- Empathy: Understanding the team.
- Vision: Goals & Ambition, and having a direction to go with the team.
- Integrity: Honesty and Openness
- Discipline/Values: Leading by example
- Always learning and improving through communication and feedback.
