My Biggest Challenges? | Writing In New York City

Posted on January 1, 2024January 1, 2024 by Jixi Fox

Starting off a new year, oh yeah, happy new year to you all. What are my biggest challenges? I love a good challenge, but only if it means something to me personally. I am highly competitive, but I also feel that in life, you have to lose sometimes.

My challenges are building a stronger following on Instagram and pushing myself to go outside at least 25% of the times I used to before the pandemic. I have been much more relaxed, and I am not pushing the cards as I used to.

I don’t live my life via social media norms, but I love to connect and engage with people all over the world, and social media, YouTube, and the blogosphere have that reach. So my challenge is to tap in more and just put myself out there more.

MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE

Lastly, a challenge for me, so it can put pressure on me, it to complete my first poetry chapbook, a full-length poetry book, and finish a series of music compositions that stem from almost 2–3 years out.

And to make matters worse, put out more videos and a podcast.

Okay, the pressure is ADDED, what am I going to do about it?

Happy New Year!

Posted on January 1, 2024January 1, 2024 by Jixi Fox

Hi Friends, Family and New Guests,

I would like to wish everyone a happy new year. My post will be short and to the point. I want the best for you all. Continue doing the things that are working and be open to changing the things that are not. We can’t all take over the world, and we can only control the controllables. As individuals, we can DREAM BIG, so never stop that.

Spread the love, the passion, and the gift of a smile to someone if you can each day. But make sure it starts with you.

Okay, that’s my spill. Go out and be awesome.
