Laying in bed, waiting patiently. I sent her a text, it says delivered, but it hasn’t been read. I am led to believe: is it you or is it me. I guess the night, is over for me. Tomorrow, the same thing: I have to take the loss; I cannot win. When someone doesn’t return a text or call, it is probably the end.
I introduce to you the “If Fantasies Could Be Real” series—eight episodes of crafty, creative, intimate poetry of romance, sensual, and sultry energy.
The fifth chance it is:
TEXT LEFT ON READ, IN BED WAITING | SENSUAL POEM
Laying in bed,
Waiting to get a head,
I sent a text,
It was left on read,
I wanted cake,
But none was baked for me,
I remember what was said,
To reach out for me,
But totally gone,
But not so my yawn,
I just wonder how it could have been,
Will never know,
Dissolved is the win,
I may try again,
But for now I can’t be vex,
That’s the treatment given,
When sending texts to an X.
