Describe your ideal week.
All weeks can’t be the same, simple and plain. But if we can create the activities in the day, everyday I should be paid, and everyday I should invest. Invest my health, my family and kids. Sure my finance needs to be great, some people may hate. One dollar at a time, but be on time for life, don’t be late.
My ideal week includes the following:
1. Walks every morning and mediation
2. At least 4 gym sessions
3. Eating some tasty foods with a smile
4. Enjoy family time with loved ones
5. But of course, blogging, commenting, sharing and caring with the world and your community. Duh
6. Good music and dancing, even if you can’t dance.
7. Watching comedy and laughing your butt off. But be sure to pick it up, if it falls off, as it’s not a normal thing, seek help!
8. Rest, yes. People say 8 hours, just makes sure your body is good, and mind is clear.
9. Work, Create. All to the values of a good society.
10. Drink water 💦, lots… it’s important.
There can be more, but in the end, happiness, love, appreciation, kindness, and less stress should be within your grasps.
