What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?
The best dish I ever ate while traveling was escovitch fish, festival and bammy. Fresh from the water, cooked on the beach of Jamaica and it was finger licking.
And the second for sure is Jerk Chicken, the real jerk chicken, made outside on the grill with a real Rastaman. lol
My life changed from the taste. 👅

What’s a thing you wish schools actually taught?
Quick answer financial literacy, but honestly just as how people fail or suck in math, it might not have changed anything so much. I know that was a hot take via I wished the y did teach this is schools, but based on the education system some of everything taught was water down and not all practical outside of taking quizzes and exams, pass or fail and it’s onto the next.
My new take would be, how to build a lifestyle you want and be maintain, and how to think differently. That’s a gem right there. Still would be difficult because it’s not scalable. In the long run, more independent thinkers, more people to solve problems with solutions.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best piece of advice I ever received was to trust in the GOD. May sound like too simple or maybe too religious, but it’s true. It’s where most of all if not all my decisions come from.
Outside of believing, the advice I received that I stay with came from reading books, articles and observations. Be yourself, no matter how awkward, silly, uncool, be you. Just do not compromise yourself for someone else. Live in your truth, morals, and values.
There is rarely any replays in life so, make sound decision and honor yourself, because you choices matter.

What’s something you used to worry about but don’t anymore?
I use to worry. I use to worry a lot. I had anxiety. I never knew about the effects life and situations have on your mental health. I use to worry about everything, the uncontrollable. I don’t not worry about the uncontrollable anymore. I take care of my mental health, I show myself gratitude and love each day. I get out of my head and I write.

Life is yours to claim. We can’t keep saying we have no choice or options to change. In charge there can be pleasure and there can be pain. If you happen to find a sweet spot you shall be just okay, so keeping working on it.
The quote for me: “live life unscripted”
Allow yourself to not follow a script and build it as you go. Life won’t be perfect and you don’t have to be a follower. But you can write with a pencil and erase parts that didn’t go well.

I love quotes. My favorite quote is from me. There is a quote I have always used from my youth that help my grow and understand why I am doing life the way I am doing it.

It would be learn new things and find 2 things and do it and build it consistently. The more you before an expert in a field, consistently growing and building your value will take you far.
