What’s the last movie that made you cry?

Short answer it has to be a Disney movie they always get me. They know how to play with our emotions and tears. I definitely can say the movie “UP” and “Finding Nemo” had me in tears.

Oh man, I love a movie that makes you cry. It’s a fun challenge to try to find the scene they are showing you. Those sorrow movies for sure work hard to get you to feel, and get those tears to fall. But we all need a good cry.

Try it sometimes, get a good cry in there, you will feel better in the end.

How do you deal with uncertainty?

I run into this a lot in my life. When I am uncertain, I try to take time to think things out. I don’t rush to a decision and also not afraid of making the wrong decision. I can’t say I enjoy the unknown, but I tend to navigate well in it.

I can say my years of experience and situation awareness helps me out a lot. Also I have faith I will overcome and just let things happen.

Assume confidence and execute.
