I run into this a lot in my life. When I am uncertain, I try to take time to think things out. I don’t rush to a decision and also not afraid of making the wrong decision. I can’t say I enjoy the unknown, but I tend to navigate well in it.
I can say my years of experience and situation awareness helps me out a lot. Also I have faith I will overcome and just let things happen.

What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?
The best dish I ever ate while traveling was escovitch fish, festival and bammy. Fresh from the water, cooked on the beach of Jamaica and it was finger licking.
And the second for sure is Jerk Chicken, the real jerk chicken, made outside on the grill with a real Rastaman. lol
