You can do incredible things, if you just try.
Some days I feel to drop short messages of happiness and positivity, to break the norm and the algorithm. Negative thoughts passes by more often than positive ones.
Being on the internet for more than most people I know and in different pockets of space on the web, I know how positivity is not pushed, so in everything you do, break the mold a little now and then, and do great things.
For the person who needed a smile today and an arm around your shoulder and say, good day being you today. This is the message for you.

Just A Day In The Life #2
Late-night workouts have become my routine these past few months, making me feel a bit like #Batman – only emerging after dark. I’ve discovered a new love for fitness and inner peace.
Writing has also taken up more of my time, letting go of the world’s distractions. It’s tough to pull me out of this focused zone: family, health, mental strength, kindness, and happiness come first.
I’ve got four challenging months ahead, but every bit of it is pushing me toward a purpose.
