Do you see yourself as a leader?

In short yes I do. I have coached, taught, motivated, and influenced teams of 45 to 150 persons at any given time throughout my career. I love to lead people to the results they are looking forward to.

Leadership is difficult and it’s an acquired skill set. I can say there are maybe 4 things that helped me become a strong leader.

  1. knowledge and experience
  2. discipline & respect & listening
  3. accountability & leading by example
  4. try it, be okay with the unknown and no be afraid of making mistakes

Learning and growing are key elements with leadership. As you improve, and as you work with your team it will grow. Your team puts trust in you, and faith and they also want the same goals, and if they don’t, well it’s a coaching, listening or decision making time.

It’s important to make that tough call.

What’s your favorite word?

My favorite word is very interesting. Not very interesting but the word I will list is. I love words and word have meanings. Word can create belief and hope. My favorite is Hmmm.

It’s funny to say and admit, as it’s a taken very differently by many. It’s like the taking it in, interesting perspective, the ohhhh really now, or wow that’s interesting is how I use “Hmmmm” in my daily conversation.

I am a deep thinker, so I like to go deep in my thought process. The understand and the journey for me is worthwhile, even though I still give some people that surface level response, I tend to dive deep as I love learning and express myself at later moments with the things I learn in my interactions with others.

How do you relax?

Relaxed

Music and vibes, without the tides. Just me alone inside, coasting the coast in my ride. I look inside, I see a book, so I read. While I read I cook and I clean. 🧼

I like a good Netflix and chill, to be real, I Netflix and chill most of the time at will.

I still like a good walk and talk, but if food is involved, I will talk and not walk… I am too busy eating.

That’s how I relax. 🧘

Always watching the stats

I read articles, news and books differently, I wanted to do things less people can do, than what everyone else did without questioning if it’s right or wrong. People always said to me, well everyone else is doing it, so it must be right. I use to say, well let me think about it first before I act, and 90% of the times I was right. The 10% I was just late to the party 🎉, I was fine with that.

Discovering Peace: Unwinding in the Quiet Nights and Tranquil Moments

What brings you peace?

My peace is unlocked through good positive moments. I love to embrace nature and the cool cozy sight being by water. It’s that nice cup of green tea, with a smile. Adding a dash of melodies and tunes from my favorite artist. Another source of peace is the quiet times at night while everyone is mostly asleep. In these moments, you can take deep breaths. You can hear the sounds of the wind blowing upon some random object with gentle sounds.

There are more things that brings me peace. When the world seems to overbearing, I try to find that outer and inner peace to finish me.

Outside in nature

More time it’s just me in nature. I reset, meditate, appreciate, and aspire for more. I keep my mind and body present, and focused. It’s the little things that means the most, I don’t compete, I complete.
