CANDLES | #ICYMI #JIXI

Burning hot,
Light low,
Soft touches,
Eyes close,
Memories I am fiending,
Got me leaned in,
Ease dropping,
Creeping,
Pumped for the meeting,
Of bodies and soul,
Glow bright,
Flow tight,
Smooth moves,
Out of sight.

ANNOUNCEMENT: MY BOOK & ALBUM RELEASE DATE – #Poetry #Art #Haiku

Posted on December 14, 2015December 27, 2015 by Jixi Fox

Hi, it’s Jixi. I want to thank everyone for following and support my craft that I have been putting my heart and soul into for the last few years. I have really pushed myself pass many limits to get to this point where I am finally ready, to release my independent music album and book. I am absolutely excited and nervous at the same time, for its kind of a scary thing being a full-time artist in two genres, and have so much in life to deal with. I know you can probably relate it that as well, life, being crazy trying to live your dreams. So all in all, as much I create these projects for me, I also created them for you. I really don’t know what to expect, but I am ready to see.

Please lend your support & awareness to these two creative works. I promise I will not let you down or disappoint.

“As my heart beats,
I can breathe,
I can feel,
I will create.”

BLACK LIVES MATTER vs ALL LIVES MATTER [#POEM]

Posted on September 2, 2015September 2, 2015 by Jixi Fox

I thought all lives matter,
Regardless of race,
I guess we all in a race,
To see who will first be erased,
So I stand up for my race, black people,
Because we are all people,
And death is nothing to play with,
So I live my life to the fullest.

LEGEND OF THE TECHGOD [#SpokenWord]

Posted on August 21, 2015August 21, 2015 by Jixi Fox

Who’s whip you posing with,
This is how I talk to my opponents,
I shut em down when they trying to open up,
No beginnings only the end when I blow them up,
I got the world-wide web on lock,
Infecting mobile devices and laptops,
If you haven’t heard of me,
I am the virus that slipped in undetected,
I stay with the same team no defecting,
I rep hard for that’s what GODS do,
You showed up late to the game,
It’s way pass your curfew,
I dripped ice that frozen,
When they speak of me there is always a commotion,
Just my words alone get your girl open,
She named her toy after me mandingo magnum,
No trojans,
It ain’t even fair if I am playing,
I am the nemesis,
I rival anyone,
Stop complaining,
TECHGOD.

LET ME WORK IT [#SpokenWord]

Posted on August 20, 2015August 20, 2015 by Jixi Fox

I don’t be messing with the gossip folks,
I am the hip-hop queen sitting on the throne,
Too creative to ever have a clone,
I do my thing and hold my own,
I twist and turn,
I shake them hips,
Even women and men want to lick their lips,
I am tasty like a treat,
They want all of me,
I get the dance floor popping,
I do a lot of pop and locking,
I am retro with wardrobe,
I am got this,
I am in the zone.

THEY ONLY LOVE ME WHEN I AM HARDCORE [#SpokenWord]

Posted on August 19, 2015August 19, 2015 by Jixi Fox

Known to be the queen,
Rapped rhymes with the king,
Immortally I am a staple,
Engraved in the pavement,
Off of the wordplay I spit,
I gripped mics just for the kicks,
But until I got a new-found rival,
They wasn’t looking at me the same,
Are they insane?
I still do my thang with a pen,
I break it down over and over again,
I don’t need anyone as my friend,
I can bring it back to hardcore once again,
I am here to make it big,
Hold on, I am here to praise the B I G,
I am cooler than ever,
Check my figure.

LETS PLAY THE GAME [#SpokenWord]

Posted on August 18, 2015August 18, 2015 by Jixi Fox

Awake again fuel off the adrenaline,
Liquor in my veins,
I call that the liquid venom,
As I am step forth like a launch pad,
I take out the competition,
I got Compton on my back,
That’s why the only thing I can do is keeping winning,
I can walk away from fame,
But it’s only going to chase me,
I see beauty ladies around me,
Truly they alone that amaze me,
I have put lions to sleep,
I am truly a beast,
You can only rest easy,
If you chose not to speak to me.

BARBIE LAND [#SpokenWord]

Posted on August 17, 2015August 17, 2015 by Jixi Fox

My girls and me going to rock out,
Hit the beach in the whip take the top off,
I am going to get my shop on,
Fashionable but still will beat the block down,
I ain’t average like you,
I am a savage,
I’mma get rock on in so much carrots,
I get the tummy right eating up my cabbage,
I can’t mess with lames,
Because I am beast,
I am New York City,
But I am Hollywood in these LA Streets,
If you talk about me,
We going to have to meet,
Take you out, chop you up,
End to the beef.
