IF I WERE… A SHOE

My sole would be big,
And shall be my print,
For every step in my movement,
I have to embrace my comfort zone,
But at a drop of a dime,
I can sprint as fast as possible,
To make it to the tip of the edge,
And catch myself from falling,
As the eyes pour on into my soul,
I shall stand strong,
Feeling ease, that I am presentable,
Intellectual and life is simply a breeze.

If I were a shoe I would be a mixture between casual and sporty.  I like having my shoes be comfortable as well as flashy and smooth looking.  I need something I can wear to a lounge and be dressy but really fun to be in that I can go running in it and jump on park benches and be playing in.  My shoes got to be something, that if the train or bus is coming and I am 2 blocks away and got a short amount of time to reach, I can run off-road and on and make it just in time to be on time and not feel like I put in any effort to make such a stride.

IF I WERE… A LOLLIPOP

I wonder how people would lick or suck me,
I know it may sound a tad bit drastic,
But after getting to my core I stretch out like elastic,
So I you put me in your mouth and twirl around,
Just remember to brush so I am cavity, I cause decay.

If I were a lollipop I would be mango flavor with a dash of passion fruit.  Just a sweet blend of orange and green.  I would be like the cheat sweet people crave or have to go to a special place to get me and not fully available at any store.  You are going to have to search for me for my secret taste. 🙂

B is for books,
Feed your need for knowledge,
Don’t ever be over looked,
Be hear in the present,
Learn from the past,
Words are like scriptures,
Religiously we read them,
Which can help clear a path,
For ambition and glory,
Help us tell a story,
Surely what else can be free,
But just pure curiosity,
Just pick up a book and read,
Even if it’s a basic as A, B, C,
Don’t you let the opportunity slip,
Reading and writing is a gift,
To exist you must be here now,
So stand up and be proud,
For what you can do,
For within that moment,
You are you.

A is for Apple,
Fallen from a tree,
There is no one holier than thee,
Which is me,
I grace this earth with royalty,
No one wants a part of me,
Unless there is an offering,
I made everything bigger for you to eat,
I sleep no hours earlier than dusk,
I don’t like to subtract money,
All I want to do multiply or plus,
I gust of wind blew over your head,
For how strong my bars was coming,
I put all my chips in on the bet,
I am about to going,
If you broke down,
No towing,
If you are my foe,
Oh my god boring,
Please elevate to a bigger stage,
You a chu chu plane and I am a Boeing,
I am happy right now,
I am big on life,
So as I am drowning you in bars,
You should dive in,
But with no scuba gear on you dying,
So you can drown or stay a float,

I use to wish on a star that I could deliver hot bars,
Writing about my life pains without going insane,
Also connecting with the world, all the boys and girls,
And show them that sometimes we are the same,

Lately my friends been asking me to be someone else,
So I said, oh then let me transform,
I turned into a bag of money,
We about to have a ball,
Until they put me their pockets and wallets,
Went to the strip club threw me at a few strippers like a ball,
I couldn’t believe me eyes these fools are so reckless,
I would have taken me to a bank and made a few investments,
We could have made dividends and even turned billionaires,
Now we broke again, I left my stupid friends and re-transformed, poof I disappeared.

I was sitting in marvin’s room pacing back and forth,
I wanted to exit through the staircase and straight out the door,
I needed the fans to see me and be around world on tour,
So I put the pen to this pad went mad and push the pedal to the floor,
I went 0 to 100 in a hot second,
I got an arsenal of lyrics they are my weapon,
I ducked all the shady lames who came outside with their fake hi’s,
I chucked the deuces in the air and told those haters bye…

They never going to see me and again better yet even catch up,
I am styling on these fools they money low c’mon put your bet up,
I am the nemesis and I rival all incoming competition,
It’s now or never, it’s never impossible I will accept that mission.
