Scattered everywhere I have to gather my feelings.
Exactly the same notions I have to do with my reasons,
My dreams were shot down before they even took flight,
Many people in my life never gave me a chance to put up a fight,

So I grab piece by piece as I try my best solve,
I multiplied myself so every part of me was involved,
I got sick by the metaphors and empty hands,
Until I fill my stomach with what I love and become a MAN.

Mouth-Watering-Homer

It’s so good you can taste it off your tip of your fingers,
So sensitive as it blows your mind at the tip of your tongue,
You twist and turn by the flavors, you mouth starts to water,
The taste quenched your thirst, you swore it was a juicy fruit,
You suck on it, you bite your lips,
You chewed it until it evaporated, you started missing it,
You went for seconds, and thirds until it was all gone,
Then you started over on a new dish, greatness yet again was born.

Trying To Escape

Fleeing the scene of the crime,

Pride tucked between my legs,

Trying to escape the bullies,

The mob is catching me,

Working my hardest to not trip,

For a killer is on the loose,

I tie my shoes,

Forget it I am running barefoot,

Trying my best not to slip,

Slipping through the cracks,

Ducking the people tossing junk my way,

I am running so fast,

You can’t catch me,

I made it to home plate safe,

I escaped.
