i came home and you weren’t there

Posted on April 13, 2026 by Jixi Fox

missing for unknown reasons
you left without a note
my hope was to see you
but now that’s not even a hope
i thought just maybe
i missed you mere moments
but online
i saw you were afloat
on someone’s boat
liquor pouring down your throat
cheeks out hanging
like climbing a rope
i just don’t know
maybe i was just pretending
thought forever was tomorrow
but no
the movie had ended
it’s over

more shine

Posted on April 12, 2026 by Jixi Fox

when the light is too bright
they want it dimmed
they committing sins
just because
they want you dimmed
you just want to do life
and do some things
just showcase
they joy it brings

the dreams not mentioned

Posted on April 11, 2026 by Jixi Fox

late days
never thinking out loud
each word sheltered
a curated speech
of everything but
the truth shared
does anyone care
does the world need to know
but everyday
day to night
working on our goals
it’s feeds us breath
and air
so we Inhale
to exhale
only
if the dream is imagined
so we are filled
uncomfortable
until
the thing
no one knows
explodes
as we do
once it’s released

the place here

Posted on April 10, 2026 by Jixi Fox

it sits here
not alone
with company
not on the phone
quiet
peaceful
at ease
until
leaving the place
wishing
to return again

caught me uneven

Posted on April 8, 2026 by Jixi Fox

piecing things together
felt a little bit strange
freedom is a journey
but I’m caught in a cage
trying to break free
but it’s hard
the courage i had
now gone
caught but wasn’t catched
i fell that all
odd
uneven because I didn’t match

hold it in

Posted on April 7, 2026 by Jixi Fox

it get tight sometimes
sometime it just don’t rhyme
most days we run out of time
run out of time to scream
but we need to let it out
better out than in

lately, alone

Posted on April 6, 2026 by Jixi Fox

do you want to come out
i don’t
the world won’t
leave me alone
lately
couldn’t run to escape
fell and got caught
in the web
now everyone is around
but lately with the crowd
still feel alone

as a matter of fact, it matters

Posted on April 5, 2026 by Jixi Fox

each day be like a trial and error
some days on easy mode
on some days heavily coded
the way you response matters
even when the pressure is on
don’t let someone’s fear
create a answer you never
wanted to give
it matters what you say
so choose you words wisely
or hold your words
they will wait

i found peace in th dark
now the light is now shining
i am open again
