WEAVING OUT MY THOUGHTS THIS FALL
I have been home alone thinking to myself,
The nights so cold, I need to warm up before bed,
My thoughts are running wild and thinking about wealth,
I grab for my sticks it’s crochet time, needle and thread,
Traditions passed down I am just a chick with sticks,
I create sweaters, blankets even small fuzzy bunnies,
It’s funny how it use to be the pass time for old ladies,
Now I am socializing, staying up all night, paving a way.
Creating warmth in the winter.
