TORN ROSES

I laid rose petals by her feet,
She stomped all over them in glee,
She laughed at me and screamed,
I don’t love you, I only love me,
Selfish she is in our now broken relationship,
She cared little and wanted more,
She was my rose, but now we are torn,

My heart is broken,
Now bleeding red like the roses.
