FLOWERS

I pick flowers to match her beauty and style,
I try to bring her flowers every once in a while,
I love to see her smile when I surprise her with flowers in bunches,
I wish I could do it everyday, maybe for breakfast and lunches,
Maybe a rose before our date,
Maybe even order roses have it deliver if I were to be late,
As she leans in to smell the lovely scent of each flower,
It’s an hour added to my life with cheerful delight,
As I kiss her goodnight,
I lay a flower for her to wake and see by her bed,
Oh it will be such a sight.
