I am usually pretty effective in time management except for the extra instagram scrolls with reels. I limit myself to a certain amount of exposure for content intake. You can say they are scheduled and I give myself grace of an additional 15-20 mins just in case I went down a rabbit of funny videos. I love when I run into a video that requires position to take, and I am not interested in taking a position, for which I would then say it’s time to get off of this.
But how I waste most time every day is waiting. Waiting on friends, waiting on employees, waiting on clients, and everything that has a scheduled duration, for that point I just want to knock out a task and move on. But I am usually stuck and it eats into other times that was on par for something else.
For most instances I can just end something and walk away, but when you must wait in order to progress to the next thing. Then that is the point of wasting of time. You can say its never by choice. 🙂
