Everything You Ever Wanted

I wanted more,
I started craving,
I was taking my time,
They were waiting,
I gave them every inch,
Except,
Every inch,
Of my sanity,
Reality states,
I don’t debate,
I woke up late,
In bed, I should have stayed,
Clock in, clock out,
Adulting sucks,
I need bucks,
Where is my check,
I got hyped for the sun rising,
I am just not ready,
For the sacrifices.
