Be hopeful,
Oh no,
Guess again,
Dining at NOBU,
With my friends,
Power up like Goku,
Then again,
The whole world,
On my shoulders,
Think again,
I am penning,
Then begging,
To be heard,
Why can’t I,
Obtain the things,
I have observed,
Take some time for myself,
So the stress can fizzle out,
But without my pen,
That I can use to create anything,
I can’t do, without.
About This Poem
We tend to doubt ourselves at times. The good days do come with the bad. When we compare ourselves to others, it’s not always good. We do it to compete, so we can push ourselves to the greater good. Understanding yourself, and what’s most important to you, will save your mind by letting go of the rat race and FOMO most people has, to stay true to one’s self.
