I tend to miss posting on the happy days. I work pretty hard to manage a crazy roster of employees but also multiple social media and multimedia platforms, but I still have fun when things are challenging. So for those happy smooth days I appreciate the feelings I have, because there are not so many.
One key lesson I learned was to enjoy the struggle and journey as it builds character.
