Today was a good day. I was able to rest, reset my mind and also organize my upcoming week’s priorities. It’s such a good feeling to get this rest and feeling today.
The only thing I regret was not getting up to go to this Members Only, event at a botanical garden I love and adore. I was looking forward to meeting new people and taking in the show and festivities. I need to do better, smh. I was looking forward to it for over 3 weeks, but my body was telling me no, as my mind was telling me yes, the body won today.
The biggest win of the weekend was recording my first unplanned Audio Drop, which will be dropped on my Patreon & Substack this week and then later reach my YouTube Channel. The audio drop is a series coming from me weekly as I drop gems of knowledge and commentary about life and things happening in society. I want to help and be a part of the conversation and community, so this is my new journey. I would appreciate the support and feedback.
