My favorite food is Jerk Chicken, brown rice and peas. But of course the jerk chicken has to be made right. It’s not any and anyone can make it with the right spiciness in the jerk sauce. You have to have vegetables of the side, some tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, salt and black pepper. The meal is ideal for smiles and happiness, probably best made from an authentic jamaican.
I may enjoy other meals, but this meal hits the spot to a tee. It’s the most amazing meal for me. The only other substitute to match this vibe, is subbing out Jerk Chicken for Fried Chicken with curry goat gravy.
If you haven’t been to an amazing Jamaican restaurant it’s something you are missing out on. If you ever visit New York City, I have the recommend and tour guide option to the best spots ready for you.
