5,000 steps later and I am still here, actually I contributed more. The day ain’t over as yet, I mostly going to pack in a few more. Walking is a beautiful past time of mines. A good walk can cure a bad day, body aches, a bruised ego and even open your breathing “😮💨” up.
I like early morning jogs than walks. My walks are mostly reserved for the evening. That’s when reflections set in, I start to interpret my day. These are the moments my poetry and short stories start flowing.
Once I saw this prompt I was for sure going to write about it, via I know for sure I am getting my steps in.
What are people using these days to track there steps?
I am using FitBit (now called Google Health) and also an Apple Watch. At least with the FitBit App you can use your phone if you hold it on you for your walk, it counts your steps.
