CALLED IN A CARE PACKAGE

I was feeling kind of alone, so I picked up the phone, lonely,
Needed me just a light bite, maybe just a piece, hungry,
The person on the line was just so kind, I love her, my mummy,
To send over that love she has for me, with food too, so yummy,

Once I got the confirmation that the love and food was aerial, I started to prepare,
I set the table cloth, the knife and fork and I even organized the chairs,
I said forget that, kick them over and hungrily waiting at the door,
The mailman delivered the package, I snatch it up, devoured in seconds, about four.

Biking Culture

Leading the way, move and make room,
I am blowing pass you, you and you,
I am reaching speeds and height people dislike,
They need to shut their mouths as I blow out on this bike,

Fast and furious, I am radical, but yet I am humble,
I recover from bumps and bruises after a stumble,
Throwing caution to the wind, caution tape as my flag,
I fly pass you, you, and you, I am flash, yup I can brag.

If only I could see you, I would be amazed,
And see you for your art, while being in a daze,
I can feel your energy, as hear your words,
You beauty is mighty, it excites me.

As I lack one of my senses, the others have risen,
I use what I have been given to see your face, no eyes,
I am blind by your beauty, but I can see you either way,
But more than other or anyone, I see your beauty from inside.

Mirrors Broken

Eyes pouring in,
Half red and white,
Bloodshot,
Cut deeply,
Can see clear,
Fear creeping in,
I freeze,
My hands, legs and mouth locked,
No sound,
Not seeing the point anymore for vision,
I close my eyes,
Mirror not visible anymore,
I don’t see myself,
Fear no longer sees me.

I was in a trance I couldn’t hold my stance,
I mixed up that Afgan Kush and Chronic Super Nova and did my dance,
I am blind through my eyes I can’t see you and surely don’t know you,
I am smoking on that Brown Betty, telling stories to the kiddie, yea I am older.

Today’s rhyme came from watching the Tv show, Fringe on Netflix and I saw a funny episode in which Walter Bishop, one of the main characters of the show creates his own mixture of smokes and got high. His medication had him in the zone telling a story to a little girl. It was just how funny the episode started off that way.

So today I am not doing my normal poetry releases, nope.  I am changing my blog format a bit.  I am kicking into gears a better and more targeted focus.  I want to entertain you, yes you the people more with the things I love to do.

I have been knocking my head against the wall, well maybe the table, well straight up scratching my head on the new direction I want to take and what makes me feel really awesome as an upgrade in which you will see very very soon.

I want dynamic,
I want humor,
I want music,
I want videos,
I want COLORS,
I want fun,

and all in all, I think you want that too.  I want to give everyone a unique and happy experience.  I want to know how you feel, and what you LOVE, and what you enjoy and share the experience.

So here I come, it’s time to work hard and have fun.

I started out laughing, seeing all the people smiling,
Then I switching up my flow, people starting I was just wilding,
So I tallying up my friends, most them on one hand,
Then I locked my myself in the studio, expressed myself and came back out, happy, being the one man band….

I told the haters, later…BYE.

*Note: I don’t actually have haters though.  I think that’s ludicrous.

DETOX me from MADNESS

I am going literally crazy trying to get my fitness to the next level. I want to drop like a mean 15lbs, but it’s super difficult. I kind of know why it’s not working in which is the effect of two factors, I need to do new dynamic workout routines to confused my muscles, the real painful stuff, as well as my diet and the things I am eating.

I am already the king of dropping 25lbs in a month before, but I was really focused on my diet at the time. I was eating only cereal with blueberries for breakfast, one bowl and at nights only eating pop corn with water, and during the day I was a beast in the gym, while drinking a lot of energy drinks and salad. I really don’t want to go back to that madness even though it was interesting what I could achieve if I was serious. But at the end of the day, that was too crazy of a life to live.

So my best option to do to lose weight and be better toned is to do a combination of detox and good clean foods. I do very intense cardio workout in which I have seen dramatic changes to my legs and I have some very nice shoulders, but I could use more cuts and trim definition of the body.

To enhance my workout for the next 3 months I have a few rules and challenges I am going to adapt, in which I have used in the past that worked well.

NO CARBS (no cookies, no beer, no bread except for quality wheat bread, tiny portions or no rice at all)
*With that alone I should be able to control my abs and my core to go longer and do better workouts.
I will do this for a month to test the results then continue.

I also will add more home workouts such as Yoga and Pilates to my routine, via the gym alone is no good enough for me. I shall also borrow my friends P90x and Insanity to add a great deal of intensity and repetition to my workouts.
It’s funny for those workouts are already crazy and maddening, so I am in for a treat.

I am starting to train others, in which are seeing good results from my regular workout routines and patterns in which is pushing my hands in getting personal training certification for next year. I will see how that turns out.
