Mind Mission | The Happy Mindset

Posted on January 6, 2025January 8, 2025 by Jixi Fox

Ever notice how your mind can go into overdrive? One moment, you’re calm—the next, your thoughts race like a bullet train. Your mindset is your mission; the way you think shapes your life.

A Happy Mindset isn’t just about surface-level positivity; it’s about building mental resilience, practicing gratitude, and rewiring those sneaky negative patterns that try to take over. Think of your mind like a garden. What you plant—whether it’s seeds of doubt or belief—will grow.

Your mission starts today.

Inside Me | Life Exposed

Posted on January 5, 2025 by Jixi Fox

No matter the chatter,

I put my finger to lips,

To pause all talks,

Of no kind words that exist,

Creeping away from my pain,

I bury them in books,

Couldn’t see me outside,

Even when by the window,

I didn’t even look.

When the world doesn’t know what’s inside, you hide, so it won’t be on display, until someone save you from yourself, then you outside of thoughts, not locked in.

As Good As It Gets

Posted on January 4, 2025 by Jixi Fox

Following the path to more, your time might change. The pace you kept won’t be the same. As you train to have the strength to reach. Proceed to the finish line in glee.

Lust In The Middle | Exotic Poem | Free Verse Poetry

Posted on January 3, 2025January 3, 2025 by Jixi Fox

“Lusting Into The Deep”

As the night leans in, fully frontal,
No shame in its naked glow,
Every shadow stores a kiss, for which is placed below.
Sitting beneath the weight of stars,
Where each voyeur goes further into the distance,
As if they, too, cannot escape gravity,

The moon high and brazen,
Illuminates every curve of thought in sight,
Dragging secrets from dark corners,
Laying them bare across velvet skies.

There is no hiding within reach, no silk to cover desires,
Your name lingers, stitched into the air,
Each letter curling with allure,
A whisper that tastes like honey,

Melting slowly, seeping deep inside my skin,
What is this feeling?
Even silence has a pulse tonight.
Its rhythm tracing the lines of my breath,
Pushing me further so I can melt,
The soft surrender where ache meets satisfaction,
And I let it pull me under.

Time loses itself in moments like this.
Where the body remembers what the heart forgets.
And the night blooms again, fully open,
Like lips waiting to be kissed.

Pour In The Cup | Spoken Word Poetry | Feeling Full

Posted on January 2, 2025January 4, 2025 by Jixi Fox

“Overflow”

Until full,
Pour in,
Like oceans deposits,
Waves to shores,
Crashing with weights,
Carrying the pain,
A little unclean,
A few pure.

Filled up until delighted,
The mirror catches reflections of smiling back,
As if to say, “I see you now.”

Be the one,
who holds light even in storms,
the lighthouse that’s standing still,
while the waves reach to your feet.

Be the one that’s dedicated.
To loving loud,
To burning bright.

Until full,
Pour in,
Overflow,
And come together,
As we meet.

Woven Days | Haiku | Poetry

Posted on January 1, 2025January 2, 2025 by Jixi Fox
Woven

“Woven Days”

Busy winds collide,

Woes dance with the highs and lows,

Time hums soft goodbyes.

Some days I can’t fight the woes; I run away from the highs and the lows. When my life has found more purposes, I froze, until fresh air blew to unlock my toes so I can walk again.

*Let me know your thoughts on the poem in the comments!

What a high in your life that gives you energy to continue your journey?

Less Is More!

Posted on December 28, 2024 by Jixi Fox

Shave some things off that to do list, and complete some tasks fully!

This is a reminder to be kind to yourself, don’t over stress, but impress yourself with grace and understanding.

You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

Posted on December 27, 2024 by Jixi Fox

You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

Silence and a room with big windows and high ceilings, those are the beginner set combo. I love seeing natural light and warm rays sneaking in the room, laying in bed with a white sheets. To look you and see the sky is further away, let me brain connect to dreams and creating imaginary of what’s possible.

In this said room must be designs and a feeling that creates joy and relaxation.

A little backstory, I spent a year exploring new areas in my city and further way towns to do a road trip and renting hotels for inspiration. I create the musical series that’s called “I’m Feeling You” based on a love story made through music composition. I explored museums, lobbies, people and the outdoor in nature.

Each night I went back to the hotel room, enjoying a glass of wine and just my laptop, pen and paper and the art and creativity just flowed.

It’s was one the most beautiful feeling just crafting these musical sounds and it just came so naturally.

I feel there can be more to add to this, but just those key pieces are what I need to create and expand.
