Be present in the time and the moment you are in, as it does take a degree of sacrifice to achieve what you never had.

Even when our time is up,
I remember I used to reach to you,
Over the internet,

How do you manage screen time for yourself?
Well it’s not hard, I just limit everything that’s not work, Netflix and Videogames to 20-30 minute slots. But ensure I spend just the same amount of time meditating, reading, exercising and time with actual people.

Have you ever just wanted to rant about something? Well this is one of mine. With so much going on in the world and life, it sometimes close in on you. Deadlines and all you want to do is toss the papers away and flip the desk over.
