“Lost in darkness, a loving embrace rekindles hope.”
I was lowkey lost, But I found myself, I had to make a move, I touchdown myself, I make to the end, They didn’t want me to win, I smiled and grinned. I do it over and over again.
Moments in life left me to think about the moments I felt alone, but I really wasn’t. I am always reminded of my youth and all the things I learned. My family was my guide, and I did a lot of observing. They knew how to make me feel special, I just watched them, as this shy boy growing up. But once I burst the shy bubble, I was here, I was delivered, and every word people could hear. I was bold, and my personality shone with confidence. Love gave me hope to be myself.
I enjoy the number 8, as I have always wanted to create stories around it. My series always has 8 episodes, and eight reminds me of the infinite symbol each time I see it. So to keep life continuous, eight is one of those numbers.
Lately, I have been taking the time to write better. I am listening more and talking less. My focus has been recharged, and I am ready for the next 10 months of 2024 to establish more growth in my life and my craft.
I would like to wish everyone a happy new year. My post will be short and to the point. I want the best for you all. Continue doing the things that are working and be open to changing the things that are not. We can’t all take over the world, and we can only control the controllables. As individuals, we can DREAM BIG, so never stop that.
Spread the love, the passion, and the gift of a smile to someone if you can each day. But make sure it starts with you.
In due time, I will change from the familiar to the unknown.
My Thoughts on All In Due Time
As we follow the clock of life, we have no time to waste, but we also have to know and wait until it’s the right time sometimes. We may want to rush and obtain everything all at once.
Storytime
Lately, I have been working behind the scenes, reviving old thoughts and venturing through past commitments, knowing there are many projects I haven’t completed. I have been seeking new ways to tell stories. How will people connect, how will I express myself, and how may I impress myself are questions going through my head. I have recently taken a step back in journaling quite a bit in the last few months. I used to share my every thought on my website, an open source of inspiration and motivation; however, I know personally that I have a lot more in reserve.
I knew that in due time, these stories would surface in comedy skits, in daily vlogs, in audio form, and in tons of dramatic art. So I wait and celebrate the time to come soon.

OMG I was freaking out this morning. Like I was getting up early, doing that early morning thing—you know, the successful person wakes up at 5 a.m., starts their day, and gets the hard tasks done first thing. Yup, that thing. I did it. For which I realized I have way too many damn bottles. It blew my mind.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Well, I am into fitness, so I need a water bottle. I hate to have too many plastic water bottles, so I brought reusable ones. Then, of course, I work at a company, or anywhere I go, you obtain more water bottles. I seem to not like replacing them, then BAM, a whole lot of water bottles. Water is my favorite drink of all time. I have it with everything. I really do, so to promote my water intake, I need water readily available at every key point of my day and life. So that’s work, home, on the go, and more.
LACK OF DISCIPLINE
Okay, I am not beating myself up overall about these stupid water bottles. But I am a minimalist person at heart. As I try to improve my minimalism mastery, that’s why I am writing this post today.
BREAKING THE HABIT
Just recently, I banned myself from Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and Panera. I cancelled my Panera Bread Sips Unlimited subscription, which I may get back, because it’s a good deal for the cost to be more mindful of money leaving my pocket.
I know living in New York City or any major city, the hustle and moving around can get you going crazy, so we buy on the go. Well, I stopped it. I am working on pre-planning more, like I used to slow down my life and spend time and effort to effect my cost, health, and smoothness of life.
I SAW IT COMING
The crazy part about it all is that I saw it coming. I started with one. I was like, “Hey Jixi, don’t get another one.” I felt the happiness of good-flowing water and just saw another amazing new color bottle, then yup, got a new bottle. Then, after being 5 bottles in, HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!
IN CONCLUSION
We are not perfect. We all have something we have less discipline about than others. But hey, I got a cool post out of this. And I will be working on my problem in public, not in private. :) I hope this post helps you look at things you have in abundance and think about how to simplify your life, donate, gift away, and more.

Saturday night vibes for me are a mixture and blend of cool, chill, and learning. I have been spending a lot more time tweaking my analytics and SEO and maximizing my productivity. It’s been really fulfilling. I am actually taking online classes and courses as well. I am so obsessed with upskilling. I am having a blast.
In my words, I am building a system for maximizing my minimalism. I am working to be sharp and agile.

I have just signed up for MasterClass.com for a yearly subscription. $100 for a year. Since I am out of university, it’s an investment in my education. No matter where you are in life, you can always learn and gain more knowledge and education without going to a traditional school with high tuition costs. Imagine I lived in New York City, and a semester for just community college is $3000-$5000 per 6 months. Do the math; a $100 investment per year in yourself will help you gain more skills, certifications, knowledge, skills to monetize, education, and career status to gain a raise, promotion, or find new job opportunities. It can also help your family.
I have also signed up for LinkedIn Learning via LinkedIn.com. I am doing a free trial for 30 days, completing 10 courses, and gaining 10 professional certificates before the trial ends. If you are not there and creating organic connections, you are missing out. It is projected to be a game-changer in 2024.
It was for this year already, but if used well, imagine having coffee conversational interviews and chats with important people in their professional roles who are still real people. So think magazine editors, journalists, seminar hosts, authors, true gatekeepers, or people to unlock doors.
FYI, this is not sponsored post, for this post is about upskilling and my
I also have a few YouTube Channels I follow and love the content creators I will also share with my audience and have a Resources page on my website for people to interact with and level up. I will create a post about my top YouTube creators. Most of the YouTubers I will list are in the industries of aesthetics, business and finance, financial freedom, and more. Only content that will help anyone get ahead in life.
Final words: invest in yourself. But also, don’t be afraid to take advantage of test trials on services to level up your knowledge base.
I was opening up, When I saw you, We have a lot, We will go through, I have things I won’t do, But I will do all for you.
I like writing my thoughts. It feels a bit expressive and cryptic, as you are always trying to figure out what I am trying to say. At the end, it makes sense.
What have you wanted to write but don’t know if you are using the right words and story?
