Ocean Drift | Haiku Wednesday

Posted on June 4, 2025 by Jixi Fox

When we leaving shore, it can be wavy. I usually ask for my roast with extra gravy. Just maybe I flow too well and I become too smooth. Some days we feel naked outside, nude. 🙂

Haiku: Ocean Drift

Tide forgets the shore,

drifting dreams on salted winds,

the noise stays behind.

Thanks for reading. 📖

Let me know if you have any favorite lines.

What is one memory by the beach or water for you?

Oh yeah, I added myself back in the picture of my content.

The Quiet Escape: Forest Hush

Whispers in the leaves,
a path where no voices go,
peace in every step.

Giving Hope For More Than Just A Hi | Haiku

Posted on March 12, 2025March 12, 2025 by Jixi Fox

HAIKU

Not you giving a,
Twinkle of hope and feelings,
Opening to me.

While the answer wasn’t no, the option of hope showed so much more. Thanks for leaving that opening; I know I need to work for it. Thanks

The Love From Above | Haiku | Poetry

Posted on March 5, 2025March 5, 2025 by Jixi Fox

planned and tried to love
but my heart broke up in two
from the shock above.

Sometimes your heart gets broken, even when handled with care. The fear of not being protected leaves you uneasy and in despair.

Why Does My Sins Reject Me? | Haiku | Poetry

Posted on March 5, 2025March 5, 2025 by Jixi Fox

It is one of those,
deadly sins, i am locked out,
They won’t let me in.

Sometimes you outgrow your sins. You are a new body, but you can’t pick back up the bad habits.

Refuel Your Mind And Body | Haiku | Poetry

Posted on February 19, 2025February 19, 2025 by Jixi Fox

Refuel your body,
Your mind needs the juice to go,
Float away on high.

Refuel your body as needed, it’s like your number one duty. Don’t forget you in the mix of the world being hectic, refuel your joy, laughs, emotions, physical, mental, and satisfaction.

Late At Night In Bed Missing You | Haiku | Poem

Posted on February 12, 2025February 12, 2025 by Jixi Fox

HAIKU

Where have you been bae?
I rather hug you much more,
Than hugging pillow.

I will always wait for you at night. Get home soon; Netflix is on; let’s chill. 🙂

Posted on February 12, 2025February 12, 2025 by Jixi Fox

HAIKU

You crack me up lots,
Your sense of humor is so,
Simply off the map.

I love laughing with you. The joy I feel is off the charts.
