WEIRD SCIENCE

Injected inside me,
Was fear,
I was calm now paranoid,
Like I didn’t have a care,
Couldn’t see myself,
Like the way, I did before,
I am changing,
At a rapid pace,
I couldn’t catch myself,
I couldn’t see face,
Laced with this oddity,
All I want to do is sob,
But something deep inside,
Said you better get on your job,
Life is hard,
It’s also a bittersweet,
I can’t always walk you to the water,
Some days at the water we will have to meet.

This poem is about not understanding the weird feelings your mind is going through. You are constantly trying to figure out your thinking patterns and why certain things are done in unlikely specific ways.

Thanks for tuning into this series, “Peeping Through The Window” where we are looking outside at ourselves from the inside. We are through the motions of disbelief, frantic, and confusion. It is at certain moments we see relief and acceptance and figure out what’s our next play. What will be the next move to do after seeing what has been going on.

On who you should be.

Have you ever just stopped,
To smell the flavors in the air,
Or quiver your ear,
Or stare into the abyss,
Of the mist of drippy tears,
Trying to wonder why,
We lie,
Tying tales together,
Fearing leakage,
The damage that can’t be recalled,
Feeling their tiny feet,
A new life,
Little heartbeat,
Something old reborn?
What’s was your last important thought?

PASSING THROUGH

PASSING THROUGH

Through the aisles,
Down the block,
Hours going in,
Must punch the clock,
I flock to where the crowds are,
But all I hear is just noise,
To the other side, I am trying to go,
I am trying to go to all the toys,
I want to play,
For I worked hard already,
I am just passing through,
Don’t mind me or what I am saying…

This is little, poem/prose to remind myself and others to just pass through the noise and get to where you need to get. The world is going to keep putting distractions, commercials, people, obstacles, and a bunch of garbage in your way and begging, and dying for your attention. But it’s when you close your eyes or even with it open, just cross the path without being caught in the mix. #BirdBox 🙂 lol ha ha

Oh my god,
There is cake?!
My mouth starts to water,
I licked my lips,
I also will there be icing?
I can’t help myself,
For when I see cake,
I will help myself,
To slice,
To a piece,
My craving increase,
I won’t stop until the plate is clean…

FIGHTING – Trial And Error

FIGHTING

fighting, boxer, fight

Fighting,
Fist to fist,
Hand over hand,
Trying to land a punch,
But I keep falling the more I go,
Smoke fills my lungs,
And I don’t even smoke,
Choking on air I guess,
I gasped,
I look around,
It’s just me panicking,
As I don’t remember the routine,
Still looking for an opening,
All I need is one punch to be clean,
With each inch gained,
Feels like a mile is lost?
I cross my hands in front of me,
To block the pain,
Tears want to pop out,
But all I can do is scream,
What else could I have done with my mouth,
For it’s the action that creates an effect,
So what method must I display today,
Now,
For tomorrow I don’t want to regret.
