WRITING ON THE WALL
The writing is on the wall,
It’s either change,
Or stay the same,
I really can’t blame myself,
Broken for most part of my life,
But held myself together,
To want to jump off the cliff,
But still I bungee,
So I won’t hit the bottom.
I have to do it now,
Before it’s too late,
To not leap,
Attempting to fly,
To see if I truly can.

IT WAS JUST ONE TIME
It was just one time,
That I let her in,
I did everything,
I even gave her a ring,
But it seems that everything I have done,
Wasn’t enough,
She gave me an ultimatum,
I thought it was a bluff,
She tried to cuff me,
That didn’t work,
It wasn’t good enough,
So I had to show her how manly I was,
I showed her how buff,
I didn’t know what it was,
On the top,
It was the muff,
But still,
I am lonely,
And it’s dangerous.

MY LOVE FOR FITNESS
As I wake up today, it’s a new day, a new challenge, a new year. 2021 is here and life will be on the same train track, and the focus needs to be more engaged. Lean in, fuel the passion. Use the tools, you have had sleepless nights to obtain to grow.
Mentally and physically I plan to recreate my world and explore new limits and heights. When I workout I feel more and open to create. Whether is going on long walks, or running on the treadmill, it’s like clockwork, my mind goes off to a place of thoughts and wanting to jot down every single things. Ideas pop, visions are seen in front of me instead of the people or other machine or the speed I am going.
Freedom tends to be reached once I am in the mode to go.
How are you feeling today?
Lean in,
Fuel the passion,
Use the tools,
To create action,
Make traction,
That builds a faction,
If you can breathe,
You can do it.

ELECTION DAY
As they scream,
Go Vote,
It’s no joke,
Where is the hope,
If we don’t,
Screaming with our voices,
At the polls.

The whips I have endured,
Cause so much pain,
Am I the same,
Or have I changed,
To live to see another day,
I fear,
Everyday,
I can see my end,

WALKING ON EGG SHELLS
Creeping,
Tired,
No more desires,
Can’t be excited,
Can’t even hide it,
It’s painful,
Disgusting,
Unruly,
Injustice,
Why do I have to be this way,
Walking on egg shells,
Every single day,
Do you want to walk in my shoes?
Well go for it,
For I got none,
Walking in pain,
Protesting,
Until my legs get numb,
I am just looking for a change,
To end this chapter,

WAKING UP, ALONE
Blanket empty,
Covers only covering me,
Body so cold,
No one is right beside me,
Pillow filled with thoughts,
Tears soaked in the fabric,
Missing someone to mind to,
Wishing someone was by me,
Tomorrow comes and go,
That happens too often,
Memories tends to grow,
But they seem all to familiar,
Deja vu of a lonesome soul,
Always a constant reminder,
Instagram pages I scroll through,
It’s almost like I am just watching previews.
