Circling around pain,
It’s a shame,
Game messed up,
It’s all the same,
People can’t commit,
Feelings don’t mean ish,
I want a way out,
None in sight so I shout,
Can’t we just love one again,
Social media has us throwing subs at our friends,
Men ain’t real in woman eyes,
Women ain’t queen in men eyes,
But fearing each other,
Can’t be too soft,
Can’t we just get married,
And create a new start,
Love when we want to,
Love because we can,
Work on stay together,
Create a lifetime plan,
Love is amazing,
Love is heavenly,
Love is free,
But why can’t we subscribe to this plan?

I know I know friend zone,
But I see you every day,
Away from our friends and family,
It’s almost as if we are together most of the day,
We hang out after work,
We even go outside to play,
But I know we can’t be friends,
I am feeling a type of way,
I want to spend more time,
I want to know what’s on your mind,
I want to know you better,
I want to know more about your design,
Why are we so close,
We understand each other’s drive,
We work well together,
I see each of us as a team,
I think of us living together,
Making our future such a dream,
We just can’t be friends,
You are my everything on earth.

All you want is pics,
All you ask for is pics,
All I want is marriage,
Someone to hold me close,
Someone I can boast,
About run around town,
Painting the city red,
Someone to be mine all the way until my death-bed,
We can go on a cruise,
Take trips around the world and get loose,
The one I can trust,
The one I know who knows my secret touch,
I just know scrolling through pics,
Won’t get me it,
So I am issuing this executive order,
Quit these dating apps,
It’s a trap,
And map out a life with me,
That is less a fantasy,
Now that’s facts.

Hold up, and hold on there,
Don’t get carried away what are we doing here?
I can’t be messing with you,
These talks be getting a bit sexual,
I know we are flirting,
And I started this thing,
But let’s skip these sins,
Let’s be together and get me a ring,
So I can be your VIP,
Calling you daddy hey Papi,
Monday football for you and your boys,
You help with the dishes and kids with the toys,
We can do what we say,
For it’s no time to play,
No one watching our moves,
Just me and you, dinner table, watching the news,
It’s true, we can be so happy,
I know you love me like cook food fatty,
If our love is to be so destined,
We need not be texting,
Just flexing,
For the gram,
Show me off to the fam,
We would still go on dates,

I am guessing you have no lips,
Texting me all these wild things,
More like nothing,
Left on read,
Where do you go?
Probably ghosting,
I sent an alert like hey stranger,
When you receive this text,
You are going to feel like you are in danger,
Let’s skip this word playing,
Tried to give you a call,
All I heard was your voice mail,
Why can’t we get married already,
Close talks at night,
Chatting away our feelings to much delight,
Feeling stimulated,
Conversing with my lover,
Excited to hear you say a word at any hour,
Okay, maybe I am getting carried away,
We probably will be arguing,
From the late night to the early morning,
You get on my nerves,
I just want to scream,
But as long as I know you are with me,
I probably will start decreasing,
So we can survive the test of time,
Making it through more anniversaries speaking.

Screw dating, let’s just get married,
Let’s get the pool for the kids,
You can go ahead and spend your money on the wildest kicks,
Even the wildest whips and brag to the homies,
Just let’s be together,
Instead of silly nights being lonely,
Waiting all night,
Hoping you coming to call,
Instead you at the gym with your friends playing ball,
I want to come home to you,
I want to feel your warmth,
I want to give you everything,
Okay, what the hell do you want,
Jack says to Jill,
I think this plan is ill,
I mean it is kind of impulsive,
But we only have one life to live,
So if we don’t try,
How would we fly,
The sky is the limit,
Winter is coming,
I don’t want to be lonely,
I want to wrap up with you inside,
We can cook together,
And give kisses on the cheek,
I belong to you,
And you belong to me,
Of course, you know I am going to be a savage,
I want all of your good good,
I am going to leave these girls alone,
I got a woman who takes cares of the wood,
To help to build the fire,
We going to grow old and build our empire,
Let’s get married today,

WRITING MY WAY BACK INTO THE LIGHT

I have had a big problem writing lately.  I am not sure, or can’t unlock the setting in my core to push out these ideas and concepts locked in my mind.  Have you been that way lately?  There is a lot of distractions that has consumed me, career growth, and life changes.  It’s been a big challenge for me this year.  But once in a while, I can pull off these gem pieces.  But I won’t give up, I am coming for what I once had and aiming for better.

As a writer, what have your change around or inspiration to continue come from?

 Bitter Taste In Mouth

So much to say,
Stupid,
Judging everyone,
You did,
Forgetting the scape goat tale,
That you claim,
Saying you are fighting for free speech,
When you can’t see past your own views,
Leading the story with your own clues,
Mad because someone differs from you,
You curled up in a bubble,
Someone has troubled you,
Boo who,
All I see is people whining,
Wanting to be right but can’t,
Running their mouths,
Because they have a louder voice,
I just can’t understand,
Living in the past,
But ranting in the present,
Dumb ish,
No credibility,
I am sorry to say I have to dub it,
You need vick on your chest,
Heart beating so hard,
Do you need me to rub it?!
Okay ladies and gents,
You want to be an activist,
Here we go again,
Another angry victim,
Society has broken your collar-bone,
You lean when you talk,
Nothing straight or the facts,
How do you know the road everyone walks?
Who made you an expert at that,
I have a mouth to speak,
Trust me I will when the time is right,
Sometimes I have to kick back and collect my thoughts,
Get my mind right,
For when I say things,
I am bound to mean it,
If I just have fluff to say,
I dear not speak it,
Rubbish…
