Intention:
Everyday I have the choice to change my mind and go and different direction.
Feeling:
Pleased. I took on a journey and I am okay with the results even through failure.
Gratitude:
I am happy for the simple things. Like the ability to watch movies and enjoy on a solo day.

Intention:
Hit your 401k and ask what the hell are you investing for me? Like what the helly?
Feeling:
I fought hard and made it to the gym and made 40 mins look like cake.
Gratitude:
To have a peace of mind is a gem, and blessing. OMG

Intention:
I don’t let people break the peace I create. Limit their existence.
Feeling:
Timing is important. You can’t force something when the timing is wrong.
Gratitude:
The body is a temple. I appreciate my body getting healthier and healthier.

Intention:
I want a happy full July. I feel like this is my true start to my break through.
Feeling:
Stretched. I have a lot going on, so I spend most of my times researching strategies.
Gratitude:
I am happy for life. The small things like catching my breath I appreciate.
Intention:
Be me at all time.
Feeling:
My mind is clear of worrying about other people’s opinion.
Gratitude:
The peace of mind to know to I am loved. 🥰

It’s been a weird few days. A lot of ins and outs. I can’t say ups and downs. But, I can say things felt a bit off. I have been spending more time watching smart and rich podcast content that had my mind thinking. I have been thinking about my personal brand and story. Who am I, really? Why do I tell my story the way I do?
I remembered this painful moment in my life where I lost my best friend. She didn’t like pass away, but she decided to leave our friendship. It was a very odd and hurtful feeling at the time, as I felt we would reach to forever together. It made me open up in my mind to want to talk about this story. I don’t know why the timing matters, now, but I want to tell this story and share something important I always knew, and something critical I learned.
What a way to kick off my weekend, huh?
I know something good will come out of this reflection.

Describe one of your favorite moments.
One of my favorite moments, is when I was at work. I was working in retail at the time. I can’t say the experience was the worse, I can say, I learned and evolved and I wanted to be there based on my goals for opportunities and flexibility. Shoot as I am writing this span to so many moments that happened at that workplace it’s too crazy.
My favorite moment in that environment was the joy of everyone’s face when they all got gifts in December from the management team. It was probably 2016 this memory as we were the best store in our district. It was like my first year really being a full on manager and in charge of decision making and people were actually listening.
I was pushing the team to the maximum, lots of jokes, fun, I knew everyone’s personality, I knew all their strengths and weaknesses. I put everyone in there best positions and took on all there worse positions. This is the year also I was promoted 3 times, but that team was legendary. I was happy for them getting gifts and awards as we never done it before, we didn’t talk about anything bad but the good. All the sales goals, the rush and busy weekends and holidays. The moments with the late night clean ups, and hot summers we needed to cool of and I was buying everyone waters to stay cool so they didn’t have to tap their pockets.
This was year of super highs. I even released a music project that same year.
All that to same. I always enjoy to celebrate my team and the people I work with. If we put in pain together, you will always be rewarded and we have a stronger connection that lasts a lifetime.

Don’t run away or be lazy. The world is open for all of us to go crazy. It simply amazes me that we leave so much in. Our outside self, showcases a look that we committed so many sins. So don’t be alone in your woes; talk to someone who knows how to get in and out safely.
