How much further,
What is the agenda,
Is there really an opening,
Can I come and enter,
I left without a word said,
Type mad though,
I felt I was the in a father role,
Dad mode,
When did these lies come alive,
Was it the way I made you feel inside,
Or could it be that I wasn’t there,
You probably thought I never cared,
I guess that began the cycle,
Lost in your head and emotions,
On idle,
I prefer to break the mold,
I don’t want to be cold,
I feel we can get back to a better place,
Just me and you,
As I leave the world on hold,
To focus on you.

Come here to me, so I can hold you!

Reunited

Today was a lovely day, a bit of rest and workout. Even though I went to workout late, it’s still counts. Today I got to reunited with a friend I haven’t seen in over 5 years. It’s crazy how this much time has passed. Life definitely has changed for both of us.

Our bond was so tight that it was even hard to order our food, as we were so deep in our conversation to catch up. So much the waitress who was trying to serve us had to come back 3 times.

I can definitely say it felts more like connecting with a family member how it was a great moment.

I am so happy to had experienced this movement. It was a great ending to August.

I think I need to share more stories and moments in my life on the weekends. I don’t think it should be all passion, creativity, it can also be people. I need to connect more back with people.

Still sleeping,
Next to me,
Rosey cheeks,
In a position so unique,
Big spoon to your little,
How sweet,
A leaned in to kiss,
Who said fantasies,
Don’t exist,
Must have never had,
A peaceful night,
With someone as precious,
A love,
A comfort felt,
A secure place,
Just to lay your head,
Feeling safe.

I Had Found Out How! #haiku #poem

I had found out how
footsteps fade into the fog,
being lost at night.

🤓: I had found out that walking alone, I could get lost. Wishing someone would miss me, I left a trail to my heart. Beating louder and louder as you approach. I was one lost, but now found by who you missed the most.

Walking On Faith

I have places to go, and people to meet. I need to trust in the process, and I bet I can’t be beat.

Back off a bit of a vacation and I have to get busy. July is not done, and there are more fun and memories to be had.

I have a strong faith in what’s happening in my life and I am present in the now.

A Reminder That Things Change But…

As the world turns, things change and some stay the same. But you in control of what you are in control of. Are your favorites still your favorites? Have you ever met your idol, and what were your thoughts?

For me, I love the way I have grown. Every step intentional, walking this earth with my head high with a purpose. It once was small and it grew, to now I am living the lines for a legacy.

The only thing I am trying to figure out is, to whom will it matter and affect?

You can’t always choose those, but if I could. I can feel a bit more ease for the sacrifice.

Just A Test Of Time

I get fly now and then,
I call out to my friends,
I love to grab my pen,
To write my desires,
I found what I needed,
I grew everything I fed,
So time and time,
I open my eyes
When I lay in bed,
To see the ceiling,
Knowing there is more,
And what is up ahead.

If it’s meant to be, it will be. Acceptance is vital lesson, and appreciation. If they say they love, let me be. For if not forced it will manifest in the right way.
