I thought I lost you,
2 days ago,
It’s like time,
Is on it’s own time,
Running faster each minute,
Never pausing for me to catch up,
It’s always a chase,
The girl I meant to say hi too,
The guy she forget to say bye too,
The difference I thought I could have made,
But in bed is where I lay,
Tired,
Aching,
Can’t move,
Is how my day ends,
And start again,
My life in blues.
